    It's not a matter of `not being ready', I clicked to agree to a trial, but there then didn't seem to be a way to go back.....nasty trick to get subscribers to do what you want! Progress for Yahoo isn't necessarily progress for users!!!!

    The new one keeps going back to the top of the e-mail almost every time I start to scroll down the page, it covers part of the text on the yahoo page at top 1/2 the time.

    please me to my Classic Mail! It disappeared! I can't find any of my mail that I have on Classic Mail.I don't want the new mail!
    It literally took away all my saved mail. I can't figure out how to retrieve them. I followed thr directions but nothing happened. PLEASE HELP!!

    Hate the new format and that when I go back to the old one tools that were available at one time are no longer available. Very seriously thinking about discontinuing Yahoo altogether. VERY FRUSTRATING with the up and down arrow being taken away if I use the old format and also addresses not popping up when I try to use them. Also, that there is NO ONE that you can actually SPEAK to or at least chat with online that can help.
