I asked to change my password, and it wants my old password. If I knew my old password, I wouldn't be on that page. Can you possibly make this any more difficult than you already have?

Finally got back to the old format and a Yahoo pop up appeared which inactivated my account and demanded that I sign up for New Mail. I will get in touch with my contacts and direct them to another email service. I'm done with this ****.
