    really slow never know if you have actually hit the email to open and end up doing it three or four more times before it opens same when deleting though deleting spam is fast would appreciate this being fixed or go back to format that was working fine

    Typing is erratic. My mouse cursor is going all over the place. It took me entirely too long to complete a short message.

    Why can't my "Trash" retain more than 3 days to one week??? I would like the Trash to keep messages for at least 60 days.

    I do like the new E mail in general, but I have no idea how to access, correct, edit, or manage my contacts. Help!

    Not only is it unnecessary, but its function is not amicable to proper usage. The old style allows you to better dump your trash and spam, this one does not even tell you if it is empty and can not be done. It has too many unwanted and unwarranted features that are simply useless to the average user.
