provide complaint system
Unable to vote for feedback suggestions. Popup says 'Idea is closed' however is still relevant. This system seems to me to be malformed... perhaps Yahoo is marking ideas they do not want to proceed as 'Reviewed' however failing to provide any response to valid points and 'closing the idea' (such a terrible phrase btw) is to ignore problems. I don't see that this is acceptable to any Yahoo client.
