FIX THE GLITCH
Your email program is somehow changing my username from cbtbsail to cbtbsall, which is causing a kickback response to those responding to my email that their emails are undeliverable. As such I am missing out on important email communications, which is NOT acceptable. Please fix this glitch! Thanks, cb
