Please be sure you click on the settings wheel in Mail, not in Help. We have found that some users are trying to make the change to switchback to classic Mail in help.yahoo.com rather than in Mail.yahoo.com. You will not find the option to switchback in Help. You will find it in Mail.

    pasting from word into mail replies does not work. I want the old mail back.

    We HATE it!!!!!!!

    Looks like Yahoo is ignoring us again, as always!!!

    Just like with the Favorite Teams problem on Y Sports.

    Y tells us what our favorite teams are based on our zipcode or similar.

    And we CAN NOT CHANGE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    People have been telling you for years that this SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!

    But hey, Y doesn't care or they would have fixed this at least a year ago if not two.

    This is the second time I have been stuck in this awful new email with no way to fix it. The message that is allegedly supposed to help me is false. AGAIN. Just like last time. The difference is this time I did not try the new email on purpose. Yahoo is ruining another night of my life. I do not want to switch to this awful, poorly thought out new email and it should not happen when I do not request it. Older people find it impossible to operate. I want to go back and Yahoo won't let me. AGAIN.

    ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! I clicked the settings icon as instructed, but there was no "switch to classic format" in the window, so I couldn't click it. Maybe I should have clicked "help". CAN ANYONE SUGGEST A DIFFERENT WEBMAIL PROGRAM THAT MIGHT BE A BIT MORE USER-FRIENDLY?

    I can't switch back either and the new inbox is not user friendly with my Chromebook.
