    Have spent close to ONE Hour trying to delete old file (which is empty!!!) Yahoo keeps sending message that I can't delete because? you got it --- "file must be empty before I can delete". Please have yahoo techs fix yahoo system before I go mad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need to move on.....

    Major pain to work with my folders. Next to impossible to scroll down to correct one in one try.

    I wish to empty 8K TRASH messages. BUT, it's TOO tedious to delete 100 at a time unlike sending messages to trash and holding the scroll button to select ALL/DELETE.
    W#HY is this????

    Connecting my Gmail and my Yahoo account is supposed to make my life easier. Now I just have folder after folder and subfolder after subfolder... I spent almost an hour trying to organize, delete, move and create new folders so everything would be in one place... This is absolutely ridiculous. I'm afraid I'm going to end up deleting emails that I need if I keep trying to organize this mess or I disconnect the two accounts. I can't even set up my filters because all the folders I just organized in the last hour aren't even available!!!!

    SO ANNOYING! These obnoxious ads that are popping up periodically inbetween "real emails" in my inbox. The only way I saw to delete them was to upgrade my yahoo mail which just happens to require a monthly fee.

    All I wanted to accomplish a new folder for emails today. After 30 minitues and getting a headache, still absolutely no idea how to accomplish this basic task.

    I keeping getting more than 50 emails a day from inappropriate ads.when I try to put them in spam folders, or delete them, or unsubscribe, they just keep coming back.

    Why can't I see all my folders so that I can manage them? Also where are my contacts?
