Remove redundant 'move' options
The redundant links to 'inbox', archive', 'spam' and 'trash' in the 'move' menu are unnecessary. They obstruct more direct access to folder list. l would rather have direct access to list when l 'move'. Old system did away with this after 1st 'move'.
