I absolute hate your new format. Too few emails are being displayed. Cannot find Contact list.
Show the contact list. I am not able to find it. Also you are displaying too few emails, on my laptop only five, cannot expand window. I have this new format. How do I go back to the old one?

Very frustrating to say the least. When you make a change, why don't you provide the old Switch Spreadsheet? Column 1: What was. Column 2: Directions To Column 3: What is.
I'm just not sure why software writers think just switching will provide us the knowledge of where you moved things to. Right now, I'm more than upset that I can't find the simple "Create Group" button.

Our engineers are working out it? Yahoo obviously rolled out a poorly designed, unprepared update. Really an embarrassment.

On April 19, 2018 you said "Our engineers are working on incorporating Contacts into the new format" Is the **** we are having to live with a result of the engineers fixing the problem or are those people that are going to fix the contact issues still in school hoping to graduate! Finding the contacts link is easy... Trying to work within the mess you made of the contacts is a whole different mess!

Your answer was posted on April 19, 2018 it is now December 1, 2019 fire the S.O.B. that is working on this. If it took anyone this long to come up with a solution they would have been fired long ago.

STOP "working on incorporating Contacts into the new format" and restore what it was!!!!! That's the bloody problem - you keep flubbing up what's working!!!

I need to add contacts to important distribution lists and am no longer able to do this. My group lists have disappeared from Contacts and when I add a contact, there is no option to add to a list. I rely on these distribution lists in my work. What gives? This is a giant step backwards.

Your engineers are riding a train, high on cocaine.
Reality time. Yahoo contacts suck. Improve the quality of your product. -

This does NOT WORK
In the meantime, you can access contacts by clicking on the icon on the upper right side (small icon made up of a rectangle with three small stacked squares). This will open Contacts in a new tab of your browser in the Classic Mail look. You can also access your contacts via https://contacts.yahoo.com. -

Newly added contacts are not being picked up by the to,cc, bcc fields after clicking the 'To' link for search.
This is not good - it looks like the newly added contacts are not syncing at all to the former list plus the lists are not updating either.
Tjis isd a mess - PLEASE BRING THE OLD FORMAT!!!!!!! -

So almost two years later and you still haven't fixed the problem with the contact list. Do you ever plan on doing so, or where you just blowing smoke up our rear ends to pacify us for the time being? At this point, it's become rather insulting!

Dear Mail Support: Your link to my contacts doesn't work.
This is where it went when I clicked on it: https://mail.yahoo.com/d/folders/1. -

Tell your engineers to "hurry it up".

This does not work for full page contacts. It works for full page calendar no one uses. WE use contacts every day! Your hunting us!

As of this morning, August 20, clicking on the contact icon at the upper right doesn't take me to the contacts editing screen. It only brings up a list of contacts. I can edit a contact's information, but I can't assign that contact to an email list.

Why is it not possible at least to enlarge the window for the contacts? The contact data fields appear only in a very narrow window to the right of the messages! Even editing contacts on a smartphone is now easier that what the new layout allows for.
