Yahoo.com email box Critical Issue: I have"T-Mobile UnlockCode" folder, Created "T-Mobile", Move emails from "T-Mobile UnlockCode" folder
Issue: Lost created folder and the emails moved into the folder from the other older.
Step 01:Create [T-Mobile] folder.
Step 02:Select emails (total 3 emails) under [T-Mobile FactoryUnlockCode] <- "This is the appr. folder name to my impression" folder.
Step 03: Move the selected 3 emails to [T-Mobile].
Step 04: Change folder name from [T-Mobile FactoryUnlockCode] folder to [T-Mobile] folder {System prompted "error information".This is good to prevent duplicate folder names.}
Step 05: Double click on folder [T-Mobile] and found the 3 emails tiles are listed. {I thought Step 03-Move emails action is successful. Didn't open any 1 of the 3 emails to check if the content of the email has been moved successfully.}
Step 06: Delete folder [T-Mobile FactoryUnlockCode]
Step 07: Double clicked on [T-Mobile] folder, the 3 emails are disappeared.The folder is empty. And also not in the Trash folder.
Step 08: Signed out and resigned in. The [T-Mobile] folder is disappeared also. There is no [T-Mobile] folder or [T-Mobile FactoryUnlockCode] folder and the 3 emails.
Question:
Is this critical or not? Lost User's emails?
I hope your technical team can restore my emails. For me and other users to find back or (prevent from) lost emails because of the mail.yahoo.com website folder function's technical issue.
