How can we improve New Mail?

FOLDERS

Move the FOLDERS above VIEWS. The feedback/thumbs up & down button is blocking my folders. Many times like today I'm unable to toggle back & forth between emails and my folders. I'm unable to scroll my folders from my lap top. I have to use my iPhone to look in my folders.
