How can we improve New Mail?

Please fix the problem of my account

the account stop receiving emails since three days ago. This is very annoying because Yahoo doesn't give information about this problem. Please fix immediately, it's been three days this problem happen.

    It happen again since two days ago. please fix the problem immediately because several emails didn't arrived at the mailbox at its should be.......
