Don't disappear my emails! All my emails prior to 1/15/18 are gone; not in deleted either!
My idea is to not lose your customers' email! I had many emails pre-dating 1/15/18 and they are all gone. Back in December I got a notification from AT&T 'where did my old emails go' as I set up a PoP rule to filter both my @yahoo.com and @sbcglobal.net email to my Outlook box. I switched ISPs and AT&T basically pulled a bully act so I now only get AT&T in my Outlook not Yahoo. That was problem #1.
The 2nd problem was that I noticed that all the sudden in my Yahoo mail that I accessed via Yahoo.com, you literally cut off any mail older than two weeks (and yes, I have the setting for 'never delete'). What the heck? So now I have Yahoo mail prior to 12/22 in my Outlook only, and anything from 12/22 moving forward drops out to never, never land...not even in deleted, junk, spam folders. Nada. Unacceptable. If I can't find a fix, I am junking my Yahoo email which I have had since I was in my early 20s and am not almost 50.
Please email me from support so I can actually connect with a human being. NO FIXES SUGGESTED HAVE WORKED.
Oh, and this issue occurs on my home PC, my work PC, my iPhone 6sPlus and my iPad Pro, so it is a 'you' thing, not a 'me' or a 'device' thing. Thanks.
