Allow users to manage their pictorials and documents in the folders you, Yahoo, has creasted.
As they already appear their in respective folders, as "adds" users should have the ability to make "changes" to each type, or "delete" completely each type that will no longer exist in their respective folders.
I worked in the computer field for 30-years. One of the basic functions to accomplish: Is to ADD something that needs to be there, Or CHANGE a something that needs to be updated current. Or DELETE a something that's no longer needed.
Logically, change and delete can't be done if the something has never been added. Also, you can't change something, if that something has already been deleted. I find it amazing where many applications designers don't seem to know this rule.
