How can we improve New Mail?

I can't create new folders in my mail anymore. What's up?

If there is some new way to add, delete, change names of the folders, in my Yahoo mail that I'm not aware of. It doesn't seem to work any more. This is an important part of my e-mail experience.

    Just found the place to make new folders. It's on the top of the column for folders.
