How can we improve New Mail?

I receive alot of ****** Emails ...Im very offended and put my setting for it to go to spam. but now my spam is getting filled up with this

Filter needs to delete the **** and ****** posts .I have never looked at any and am unhappy that when I check my email over half of my spam is offensive **** or some kind of ****** post ...IM VERY OFFENED .Ive tried to get rid of it but it comes back with even more ......PLEASE HELP
