Create a place to create a new folder. You did have it and now it is gone. I delete emails and then there they are again. Won't load emails.
There is no way to create a new folder. It was there but now it is not. Leave everything alone. It will not load emails this morning or yesterday. I am just about fed up with yahoo and I've been a customer for about 15 years.
