How can we improve New Mail?

I have an emial showing 1 in the folder of the inbox that does not show. It is from Roku.

The mail from Roku is to reset my password. Your email app shows there is one new message in the inbox. But it never appears in the inbox. It never shows in the SPAM. Annoyed, I am.
