How can we improve New Mail?

Once an e-mail has been read and to leave Yahoo mail then later go back to the e-mail and now it is no longer there. Not in any folders.

read e-mail should not disappear from the inbox. That should not happen.

    Absolutely the worst 'information' about this issue.
    "That should not happen." is an absurd response.
