Make my account working again!

what is the purpose of this feedback? Majority of users are asking for the same thing: make our accounts working again!
But nobody from yahoo is listening to this feedback! There is no improvement. Today I already wasted 2 hours of my time trying to setup my yahoo account in outlook 2013!
