"We didn't detect any system issues."!!!

Please see the issue that I keep getting for the last two days!
"We encountered issues while sending message."

    I have the same problem. I'm attempting to send a few photographs to a friend, but Yahoo "has issues." WTH??? Doesn't anyone there remember the good old days when Yahoo provided email SERVICE?
