How can we improve New Mail?

I cant access my mail on my phone

I have the yahoomail app on my phone and for the past 2 weeks or more, I can not access my yahoo mail on my phone. I have deleted the app and re installed the app twice, still i can have access. Please can this be fixed as soon as possible
