Bring a distinguishable conversation view in context with sent, received and draft threads.
New interface is good. The conversation view is the important view and it should be very friendly in a way that it should properly distinguish the sent, received and draft message in that view in a visible manner which should be distinguished in first look. You can do this either by font style , by coloring , by making divs or by highlighting or you can better suggest yourself "how" but this is the change I feel you need to do.
