    Long time back, had created multiple YahooMail IDs. Remember User IDs now, but not passwords. Unable to reset password using existing options. Yahoo must introduce additional options where users can establish their authentic, legal identity, and undertake to face action if proven otherwise, so that new passwords can be created for old YahooMail Ids with less complications. Even the customer helpdesk contact telephone numbers should be country-wise, in every country, or a number that can be contacted from any country easily should be provided.

    i had this yahoo mail address * but of late am having it difficulties in logging in and it keeps giving me fedback of it not being recognized i had try all means but i cant reach out to my account i had used this account * for most of my social media handles like instergram but because i lost my mobile device some time ago .please help me for my device to recognize my account and i dont remember my password on this account *Thank you

    I have tried to reset my password a couple of days ago and got an error saying Something went wrong, I have the yahoo account for a long time now and would like to get it back. The old password doesn't work, neither does the new one and you people do not offer support in my country. If my account was hacked I can't do anything about it, could you offer a sollution to all of this? My only fault is not getting a linked email account to it or a phone number...but getting 0 assistance is just a living **** by now.

    I can't sign in anymore. It wants me to verify my password but then says "check your email for the verification code". How can I check my verification code if I can't sign in?! I tried contacting support but the same thing happened. You seriously need a new system. Ridiculous.

    I cannot access my other yahoo account. tried many to recover account biut the code did not receive from other yahoo account. This also happens with my facebook account

    I have the same thing. It makes me verify my account every time I try to log in. Says it doesn't recognized my location. I have the button checked that says Leave me signed in. It sucks

    What an absolute freaking joke Yahoo is. I have to call support and pay them to give me access to an old email account that I haven't used in a couple years.

    I lost my phone and was at the att store filing the claim. Because I didn't have my phone I tried logging into my email through their computers and it wouldn't let me because I needed to approve it was really me through my phone. This was such an inconvenience! Why is it I can't use a random computer to log into my emails without my phone!? I appreciate the security but what happened to the security questions??? What if I was in another country and got robbed and they took my phone, I wouldn't be able to log into anything at all??? I couldn't log into my email without my phone and it gave no other options to do so. You guys need to create another way to log in without needing ones phone please.

    Yahoo mail is so primitive, time wasting and annoying app, I seldom use for anything important because it is very tiring.

    I have had my Yahoo account for a very long time. I am about to shut it down and stay with Gmail. I have the Verification key. Just now a message came across my app on my phone asking me if I was signing in from 4 different locations with in a 1 minute period. I denied all of them. Signed in to change my password. I CAN'T CHANGE MY PASSWORD!!! There is NO where for me to change it. I hate the new look, it looks plain and simple like something from the 80's you want me to pay to have a nicer looking email. Now you want me to pay to have emails forwarded to another account. Mail in the app on my phone is a nightmare. None of it loads right away. As I delete spam (that you are not filtering out) more messages load when I think I am done. I use to love Yahoo. Not anymore. The last 6 yrs you have gone seriously downhill.

    But .please understand sometimes we need our email id back.
    Take my example
    I created a yahoo id ****@yahoo.com way back in 1996
    and i used it actively for 20 years. I stopped using because gmail gave more features. Unfortunately i used this for USA visa appointment in y2016 and earlier now their system says i already have yahoo when i use gmail and those people say we need you to login using yahoo .

    So i need my yahoo back .How can you help
    my current gmail is ****@gmail.com

    there is no way to contact a yahoo support person to ask for this one thing so i am going to lose 130 something video games to a hacker and have to start a lawsuit against gabe newell who stole rust and fortnite with my families permission from me even though they where only looking at what i would do with hypnosis. sloppy.

    Please dont lock me out of my email for not changing my password. Or at least send me a 7 days notice that your abut to. Deal?
