Update Credit Card Details for MailPlus

I signed up for MailPlus and was happy to use this and continue paying Yahoo for the service.
My credit card expired and I found no way to update this. I found no way to contact Yahoo, even though all I only wanted was to give Yahoo money.

After a few months I stopped chasing Yahoo.

https://billing.yahoo.com - didn't seem to work.

Now 2 years later I am being chased to sign up for the new Email Ad Free option from Yahoo, but at a much higher cost.

How do I continue my previous subscription for Yahoo MailPlus at the previous lower price?
