Fix Contacts API
Hello.
There is a page claiming to be a documentation for Yahoo Contacts API: https://developer.yahoo.com/social/contacts/
But that page is broken. It has a link to "documentation" but that link leads to the same page.
Also there is a link to a "legacy API" https://developer.yahoo.com/social/rest_api_guide/
But that legacy API is partially broken. In particular, it is impossible to edit existing conatcts: all endpoints related to contact fields always return 404 errors, as well as endpoints for fetching contact image.
