Cannot MOVE email into folders on my laptop. I've had to MOVE email into folders via my iPhone for a week now!

I, also, cannot move any emails into any folders while on my laptop, all of a sudden. Why the change? I have tried to drag and drop, as well as, selecting the folder move option. It works on my phone; however, strangely, there isn't even an option to move sent emails to other folders when on my phone, but while on my laptop, it allows that option...if it were working, that is. So, I have a bunch of sent emails that I want to store in appropriate folders, but I cannot! Is it just me?
