Fix incorrect phones for Russian Federation
Russian Phones have format +7---XXXX. I am trying to add the phone to my account:
- Select Country = Russian Federation (it shows +7 already)
- Put in the phone number as --XXXX
- Yahoo saves the number as +7 8 (**) ** XXXX
The 8 was added by Yahoo and it makes the phone wrong. Obviously I can't get the SMS to this wrong number.
Please fix it. 8 is in-country analogue of +7 and should not be used in the International numbers.

I confirm this bug. The same issue I saw.
The "8" digit was added by Yahoo. This behavior is wrong.
