Filters Don't Work Reliably - Abysmal Support
The same filter will work one day but not the next. "From" field in email header is identical on both messages in the example.
Emailing "support" is a waste of time: no case # in the email, response so generic and unrelated to my issue that it's useless, replying to your techs' email is a waste of time because another tech will reply to that and blurt out another ignorant non-sequitur.
How to improve: Yahoo, please remove your collective head from your nether regions!
