Your spam filters are damaging my work
Please revise your spam filters or let us disable them.
I am losing very important mail from work colleagues.
This is totally unacceptable.
After years and years I am going to quit yahoo mail now.

Agree. Way too many legitimate emails from familiar senders are now going to spam. I'm also participating in a business email account and we really lost a bunch of opportunities due to applications submitted through our website going to spam. I marked them all not spam, but now we feel the need to check the spam every day. Worst part is when I try to set up a sender to always go to inbox, it's hard to do. Why isn't it easy like blocking someone? Used to be!

Yahoo is more likely to allow spam to go to my inbox and to mark legitimate email as spam. 95% of the spam goes to my inbox, while 98% of email in my spam folder is not spam. I have marked the email that goes into spam that should not have been for years, totaling hundreds of emails and there has been no improvement. Just disabling the (worse than) useless spam filter would make my life much easier.
