    All the emails in my sent box completely disappeared in February 2021. This is an account, which I use on a daily basis and has over 15 years worth of emails. Many are work related and therefore very important. Please restore.

    Yes please do! I have had this yahoo email for a long time too. All my emails are gone and I need them back! We have been with yahoo for so long can we get better treatment than this? I had important stuff on this email, my hard drive broke and this was the only place I had them backed up. I need my emails back, please!!!

    My xbox account is linked to my backup Email account. I only use that account for my xbox. I just redeemed my xbox reward points a few weeks ago and again today. I go to my email to get redeem code and I have no emails and it's asking me to set up new email after I logged in. I need my emails

    Those of us who use Yahoo should be given notice of when emails will be deleted, rather than learning of it afterward. Sadly, Yahoo has become progressively less user friendly. There IS another server which does a good job!

    This policy of deleting all emails for accounts not accessed within 12mos is heartless, not to mention short-sighted. You have a backup email address and a phone number you could have emailed /texted to say "your account is inactive, please upgrade to pro within 7d to keep your emails" and I would have gladly done it.

    I agree with everyone on this thread. All of a sudden, today, 18 years of e-mails have vanished. I will submit a formal request, but please restore my e-mail history.

    please restore my mails i have almost 2 decades of mail that have been deleted, I am now trying to resolve issues for which my evidence is in those emails. Help me, this is my life you have messed with!!!!!

    I am also very upset, how can Yahoo delete all data without letting us know. Can you please restore our data. it is important to us!. Kindly can you please assist by restoring the data you deleted without our consent.
