    PLEASE RESTORE ALL MY EMAILS. I HAD THEM FOR YEARS AND NOW THEY'RE ALL GONE. HOW CAN YOU DO THAT WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME?

    I need my old emails restored. Had legal documents on it I need to print. I was not notified that they were going to be deleted. Only email I use. Where are they????? I know you have them. Who made this decision ?

    Why would Yahoo just arbitrarily delete all my old emails? I had several years of emails that were important & they have just disappeared, with no notice or warning. How can these be restored & this kept from happening again?

    I had a Keep folder in my mailbox. Yesterday, I opened the folder only to find it empty. All of the emails I wanted to keep are gone. I think it takes a lot of nerve to be that uncaring. You didn't even sent a notice that you were going to erase my special emails. I'm so fed up with Yahoo, I'm going to go with another provider. Pretty sorry to provide "customer service."

    Same here! I've been using this e-mail address since I was 19 (I'm 34 now) and my oldest e-mails recently disappeared! E-mails from my mum who since passed are gone forever... BRING THEM BACK!!

    Yahoo, you need to do better. PLEASE restore our emails. Proper notice was not given concerning this action that you took of deleting all emails. I am sick to my stomach about this. I have pictures and other important documents that I need to get.

    I can't believe this is happening. Ive had the same account for 19 years. All of my emails gone. This is ridiculous. Where are my emails? Only in sifting through my gmail account I was able to see they sent an email saying to login to avoid losing emails. ONLY 1 email and only about 30 days notice. This is so wrong. You all could have given more notice than this. I have pictures and emails that are dear to me. PLEASE restore and allow users to delete access and clean our own email box.

    This is what happens when some morons sitting in AC room think that removing all old mails is the best way to satisfy a customer.
