Basic email does not correct red alert buttons.
Basic email does not clear the red buttons (in the upper right corner of Yahoo webpages indicating there is unread mail in the inbox) even after the inbox is emptied. This is not a matter of a delay, because I've waited weeks for it to clear and it doesn't. In order to clear the buttons, I have to switch to standard email, go to the inbox, make sure there are no new messages, and refresh several times. Then switch back to basic mail and the red buttons are cleared. Please fix this.
