Disappearing emails
A couple months ago I was replying to an important email that contained a private federal govt link when my Yahoo! email did what looked like an auto refresh and then POOF.....the email I was working on vanished. I looked for the original email and it had disappeared from the inbox also. It wasn't in the trash or spam box either. Just gone. I asked them to resend it and they will not, It's happened a few times since. An email is there, then gone. Also, a couple clients called me asking why I didn't reply to their reply email to an email I previously sent.....I never got the reply. I just called a friend asking if she had hurricane damage because she never replied to my email asking the same. She insisted she did reply, it was in her sent box. I've found a couple emails in my SPAM box I never marked as spam. I've changed my password, email is still acting stupid. It's like there's a bug or virus in your system. What gives? You been hacked?
My business in married to my Yahoo! email address but unless you can convince me the problem is solved I'm going to have to move. Your costing me money and clients!! Please reply.
For now I suppose I'll sync it to my Gmail and hope they can receive and hold on to my emails.
Also.....lots of gripes here about ads in your pay email. I was going to sign up when you started blocking my Adblocker but......sounds like I'll get ads anyway, why bother. Says ad free.....What's up with that?
