POP3 disabled / server issue; Feb 11 support request not addressed; Received support survey nonetheless; Been paying for Yahoo for years
POP3 access has been disabled since Feb 11 despite using and paying for service for years. It is a Yahoo server issue with a server error message; there has been no change made at my end. Despite being a paid user for years now, my Feb 11 support request received no acknowledgement or reply, and the issue remains. Despite that, however, I did receive a survey from Yahoo asking for feedback about the unaddressed support request on Feb 12.
