Use strong passphrases for desktop email clients instead of your weak ones generated by your system
Please, stop generating weak passphrases for desktop email clients. Allways when I try to use my strong standard self chosen acount password to connect to your pop or smtp server I get the message "ERR [SYS/TEMP] Server error - Please try again later." only. Your support told me to use your generated third-party app password instead. But what kind of passwords do you create? Is this what you call a secure passphrase? Just 16 letters, no upper case/lower case, no numerics, no special characters... Please, give me a passphrase which deserves its name. Or let me use my randomly generated secure password at least. What do you think about your own practice in concern of generating strong secure passwords? Did somebody at your programming crew miss to read your own kb article about secure passphrases? I'm disgusted! Please, stop this practice of giving out weak passwords like that for standard desktop email clients! Thank you very much.
