    Even if you get through to customer care, they are worthless!!! They refer you to the help page, which is useless. Yahoo customer service is pathetic!!!!

    FAQs don't reflect frequently-asked questions. They're just what Yahoo uses to shuffle users to generic, useless hints that don't address specific topics. No help at all. No contact at all.
