Before I get started, I’m sorry it took me so long to respond to you. I am committed to asking questions and submitting feedback to Yahoo, and I receive an unusually high number of emails right now and it’s causing delays.
I appreciate you letting me know that you know about my negative experience and I'm sorry I can't remember which issue you are replying to?
Based on the information you've provided, ( ref:00D1N2dUvu.5003m1HsijQ:ref ) I haven't been able to pinpoint the actual issue I reported BECAUSE YOU DON'T INCLUDE MY SUBMISSION IN YOUR REPLY.
To better assist you, please reply to this email with the full details of the problem I reported. The more information I have, the better I'll be able to provide you with more details. I FIND IT RIDICULOUS THAT YOU CAN'T SO MUCH AS QUOTE OR REFER OR ASK A QUESTION ABOUT MY SUBMISSION? SERIOUSLY! THIS IS WHY PEOPLE ARE HATING YAHOO CUSTOMER SUPPORT!
