2. AI and Stop invading privacy

   I've had this e-mail for over 20 year, and was planning on using for more years in the future until I read the new terms of service.

   I do not consent to anyone, nor AI to go through the information on my e-mais, and I would like to retrieve the information on it. I'm going to stop using this service until such practices are stopped.

   I will also remind you of privacy laws, and that people sending me e-mails might not consent to their data being used.

3. Calendar requires too many steps for a simple event/reminder

   To enter an appt or reminder on my calendar, I must:
   1. Click the calendar icon
   2. Click: calendar full view”
   3. Select Week dropdown
   4. Select Month, my preferred view
   5. Click the calendar day
   6. Give a title to the event
   7. Un-select All-day event
   8. Scroll up and down to pick a time (8:15 AM). I used to merely type 8:15 AM
   9. I don’t need an “end time” but I’m forced to pick one. If I select 8:15 AM (the same as start time), it changes the start time back to 7:45 AM etc. Note: Sometimes I merely mark my calendar with a reminder to do something or call someone. I don’t need to enter a time window (15, min., 1 hour, etc.)
   10. Unselect Email, Mobile/Desktop (totally not relevant)
   11. Select Save.
   IT WAS NOT DIFFICULT BEFORE. MAYBE 3 OR 4 STEPS IF THAT. PLEASE SHOW ME HOW TO GO BACK TO THE PREVIOUS CALENDAR. THIS IS HORRIBLE. THANKS.

4. Do not return the "Move" folder list to the top after each use

   To move an email to a folder, one way is to go to the top of the screen and select "Move" > then scroll down the list to find the folder to move the email > and then move the email. The next time you want to move an email and select the "Move" drop down the folder list has returned to the top. LEAVE the “Move” drop down showing folder from the time it was used last. A lot of times, we receive an email then reply to it and want to move both emails to the same folder. But "Move" keeps going back to the top of the list.

   The “Move” folder list used to be this way. It did NOT return to the top of the list after each time it was used.

6. short cut for Yahoo dropped...why?

   unhappy that shortcut on desktop no longer available. An extra step to contact Yahoo thus using Gmail....one customer lost.....how many more??

8. FIX THE HORRIBLE OFFENSIVE ADVERTISING

10. Slow performance on chrome

    Recently yahoo mail has become slow to the point it is unusable. This is observed with the most recent chrome update on Mac OS. This is observed on multiple different Macs that I own. Clearing cookies does not help. The "new" yahoo mail is even worse. I am able to use yahoo mail with Safari, but that is also fairly slow, but at least usable. Please see what the incompatibility is with the new chrome browser. thank you

12. Stop 'Create Split View ' Function!

    When i drag my emails to folders to the left, the 'Create Split View' keeps popping up, and moving the entire email window rightwards. It is distracting and disruptive, and very annoying. Please stop it!: or at least provide instructions onto deactivate this 'uncalled-for' function.

19. replace it with the old system.

    Fix it so it works. Email keeps erroring out and I cannot read them email once it errors out. This new system us really a poor change. Who wet it up should be ashamed of themselves and replaced.
