My email has my mother's name and birthday and you will not let me change it or tell me how it happened
Why does my email have my mother's name and birthday instead of mine and I cannot change it, your customer service cannot answer. They tell me to delete it and create a new email. I cannot do this, it was transferred over to Yahoo from Cox Cable. I need the ability to edit ALL of my information.

Hi Kenneth, you can change this in your Desktop Settings. When you login on your computer, go to Settings (pinwheel icon), More Settings and then you can change the name under Mailboxes or Writing Emails. Thanks!
