Message reception/tracking

Allow us to track messages being received by the other party. I send workorders to my landlord and it'd wonderful to know if they were seen/received without me constantly calling them.

    Thanks John! We appreciate the feedback. Unfortunately, we have no plans in adding this feature or ability. It has not been a popular request from our Community and there would be some concern on privacy. Thanks!

    Tracking is pretty standard nowadays, whether folks use it often or not.
