All emails lost when arranging files under a subgroup
I organised files of saved messages in my side bar (all in Web mail version). ALL the files and contents that I rearranged have disappeared. I have put in a recovery request to the day before I did this and I am praying they get recovered but not holding my breath. This may be a glitch that needs ironing out. it was a simple action that I would not have expected to result in the loss of so much information
