Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

The old version was more practical.
This new style makes the process longer. It's not practical at all.

I tried the new format. Look, not everybody wants some infantized version of the internet. We want function over childish fonts. Getting rid of the scroll bar for locating our personalized email folders--bad idea. Getting rid of the columns for the sender, the email subject line, and date of receiving--bad idea. Please give the option to stay in the current email layout. Don't make us use the new layout if we don't want to.

Yahoo recently made changes to the email. These changes are horrible. And what is with that 'Priority' nonsense?!!! I thought I was missing emails. It turned out, they were organized by your 'priority' system. This new interface is horrific.
Right now I'm trying to create and email and the windows are so small I can't actually see the email I'm replying to.Please tell me it is possible to return to the previous layout. This new layout is abysmal.

Leave the old format alone!
The new format sucked. I hated it.

You can improve the New Yahoo Mail by keeping it exactly like the OLD Yahoo Mail. The current mail system is perfectly fine. I tried the New Yahoo Mail and it's a hot mess express...the drag and drop features for filing messages into folders was awful and clunky and slow. The look was awful, monochromatic and minimalistic awfulness. Everything about the experience of New Yahoo Mail was awful. If I wanted Inbox Categories I would use Gmail instead, but I don't. AI Summaries are useless and wanted by zero people. We don't want more AI in our emails, we want LESS AI. This isn't about not wanting change...I'm happy that you want to improve your product, but this is ten steps backwards. Just stop.

This "new" Yahoo mail sucks. Some mail just disappears for no apparent reason. Some mail goes to "unread" for no apparent reason. Is it possible for me to return to the previous Yahoo Mail app?

The "new Yahoo" SUCKS!!!! Why fix something that wasn't broken! Now I can't edit the way I want, I can't insert a photo and resize it, and half the time I get through composing a complicated email and it DISAPPEARS!!! And I have to start again. Why did you have to mess with the program?? I don't like Gmail, but I may have to go to that as my main email account. ARRGGGgghhhh!!!

This new update on yahoo mail is not very user friendly. You took away the A-Z filtering which was extremely helpful in sorting bulk emails. I hope you bring that back on the old version. And had noticed prior to this update that when deleting in bulk it jumped to page one to delete when I was trying to delete page 10 of emails. Hope you get that sorted out as well. Really enjoyed those functions of the old yahoo mail. Thanks

I have long been frustrated with the functionality of Yahoo Mail. This latest update has seemingly worsened a long standing issue with my user experience.
I'm sure I am a unique user. I am months behind reading and deleting emails even as I keep up with my inbox on a daily basis. This means I spend a fair amount of time scrolling through hundreds of emails to get to the point I left off at.
Within a few emails, my inbox reverts to the top and although I can quickly scroll back through all those emails, I can't actually regain my place in the queue -- whatever I click will actually be one of those first few emails.
I can tolerate flying blindly as it were, as long as I can use the arrows to move on to the next email. Unfortunately, after doing a handful of sender searches upon return to my inbox, a random previously read email will be in my preview pane. The most recent one was three weeks prior to the date I was working on.
That leaves me with as I see it with two choices -- neither optimal. I can up arrow through three weeks of emails just to get back to where I was or I can refresh and spend the better part of an hour working my way back to that point, knowing invariably the cycle will replicate itself.
It's bad enough when Yahoo Mail resets itself but I understand that will happen. It's extremely frustrating when things happen seemingly at random and negatively impacts the user experience.
I'd love if your team could figure this out.
