stop deleting my inbox
STOP DELETING MY INBOX! Just because I don't check in often doesn't mean I want you to delete anything. I don't. I understand that it is your prerogative, but the way you are exercising it sucks. I have lost very old emails for good because you deleted them. I have lost folders named "Archive" full of things I wanted to save because you deleted them. This is EXCEPTIONALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLEASE STOP. I rely on this email AS A BACKUP. So I don't check it all the time, but I expect it to still be here. So again, simple advice, STOP DELETING MY INBOX. That's it. Pretty simple, right?
