Protect customers by holding emails while storage space is added
Because of a full mailbox, my account stopped receiving emails from 8:02am to around 12:40pm on 9/10/25. I immediately purchased additional space after those 4 hours, but the emails received in that +4h window were never delivered to my account. On top of that, when I asked whether they would be delivered once the account had additional space available, I received an email from you guys stating that "...emails sent to you while your mailbox is full are not stored and can't be recovered." This is quite incredible, you can store my emails since more than 20+ years ago, when I started using Yahoo Mail, and you cannot deliver the ones missing when additional storage was not available in a 4h window. This should have been in your roadmap when you decided to limit mailbox size, I cannot believe this was not taken into account. It gives the impression that you did not care about your customers at all. A sad tale.
