The support service for account access issues from a device (when other devices are OK so account not locked per se)
I had issues logging into account from a specific desktop, my mobile access was OK. The telephone service cut the call dead when I entered the 8 digit date of birth in the format MMDDYYYY. I tried twice. I'm not sure why. It would have helped at that point to connect to an agent or provide an alternative id as the call had suggested live european passport to which I had acknowledged I would share details of.
So the phone tree needs to be extended or improved
