  1. Mail Plus active subscription no longer removes ads

    Yahoo Mail Plus includes ad removal as a paid feature. I have an active Mail Plus US Annual subscription (paid through May 28, 2026), but ads are currently appearing in Yahoo Mail on desktop, mobile, and via mail clients.

    The Mail Plus feature appears not to be applied correctly. This started recently, without any changes on my side.

    Support channels have been unable to resolve this. This appears to be a Mail Plus entitlement or synchronization error where the paid ad-free feature is not being honored.

    Requesting investigation by the Mail Plus / Yahoo Mail team.

  4. Deleted acccount

    I logged in and found all of my emails GONE. I have had this account for 20 years and in that time its never been deleted no matter how long I took between log ins. It had emails from friends who are passed on and sentimental information as well as items from my kids growing up and lots of other stuff I did NOT want deleted. I am so angry right now and upset and sad.

  5. get theses ads off my email please - I never had these coming up as a new email and I cant REMOVE THEM!

  6. Calendar theme

    What happened to the calendar? Can Yahoo at least offer "themes" so you can better see the blocks of time for calendar events? Now you can't see when an event in the calendar ends!
