End malicious scam adds
Malicious adds on your website claiming false details like the Mcafree anti-viris adds falsely claiming a payment error.
This is a scam and you are allowing these criminals to commit these crimes against your customers. Not only is this a criminal act in itself, but you are complacent in the crime by allowing the adds on your site in the first place.1st ranked -

Shorten resend time & separate choices to add a second account
Since I can never receive a log-in code by text on the first try, will you please shorten the time to re-send the code? A minute is a long time to just stare and wait.
Also, adding a second account should be easier that choosing add/delete and then having to again choose add. Why not have two separate choices the first time?

Test on higher zoom levels
Please think about people like me when creating stuff like this. I have my laptop screen at zoom set at 150% so I can read it. Your new format doesn't fit on the screen without removing half of what I want to see. Little tiny incomplete headers on the left-hand side are illegible. I don't get folder details I need until I shrink the screen down to 70% then I can't read it. Unusable for me. The old one works fine. Please thoroughly test all formats and features at a higher zoom level. Old people can't see!

Stop the tactics to force your customers into more costs and worse service.
Yahoo saturates my account with ads, repeat mail that has been unsubscribed and where Yahoo has sold my email address... then start harassing me to buy cloud space or spend hours while trying to take care of my ill husband to clear enough to stop the harassment?

Allow for sizing an inline graphic up or down.
About Inline Graphics: I am paying $5.00/month for better Yahoo mail. Used to be that if you attached an inline graphic you had 2 choices for sizing. There are no choices available to me now, and there are times when a large version takes up too much room.
Please consider a fix or tell me how I can do this. May involve decreasing resolution in Photoshop, but that's asking a lot of people who don't use photo editing or other graphics programs.

Stop charging me for storage on Spam
Today I received an email that my storage limit was exceeded. I've tried using Yahoo Mail+ and was not satisfied as it would not allow me to print emails correctly, so I switch back to traditional Yahoo Mail. It was worked flawlessly until today. I deleted the largest attachment I've ever sent, deleted every email in my inbox, emptied my trash & deleted my spam. Why on earth should spam be included in my storage allotment. Yahoo Mail Security
Someone is sending out emails to all my contacts via Yahoo. My 2 Yahoo email address have been compromised. Yahoo has been reported to have been hacked years ago, it seems Yahoo has still not beefed up its security. How pathetic!

Get rid of the ad on the right which has grown three times the size...
Just poor - clumsy looking. Ads take up all the space making reading the inbox difficult. Fonts are too large. No colour choices. Just poor and unprofessional looking. WHen I go back to the old format, you bastards lose my folders to force people onto the new setup.
