I run a small business and so communication is critical. I've been using Yahoo for several years and whatever changes that were most recently made has made chain emails / conversation threads extremely confusing to read in order and/or locate the most recent response from the sender to my inbox.
I need to have a clearcut sorted conversation thread in order by date, newest up to and oldest towards the bottom. What I'm finding is a confusing layout where new messages composed are towards the bottom and older messages are up top OR are unable to be located period. I've been tolerating this for a while now thinking that Yahoo would clean this up but it hasn't happened yet and it's very concerning, enough-so that I am tempted to go to Gmail, which is why I choose Yahoo years ago because it was more user-friendly vs Gmail.
