  2. The "Generate an app password" dialog box is not working.

    There is no pull down menu for the app name. When I fill the app name in manually I get an error message: Sorry, this feature is not available right now.
    It's nice that you have the feature to generate passwords for third party apps, but features that don't work aren't features.

  4. I cannot get into my fantasy football lineup as I’ve been a loyal yahoo member since 1996. This really needs to be fixed, my ipad is 2015.

    I really need to change my line up through my yahoo email. It will not let me get to my fantasy football page, a league I’ve been in since 2008. What happened from Sunday, October 9th till today. This really needs to be fixed. My iPad isn’t that old…..thanks.

  5. safety on account for hacking

    I change my password often due to hacking this number 309-989-1222 keeps adding to my account to access my stuff also for verification sent out. I'm so very concerned how easy they break in to yahoo and how it keeps happening after I change my password so frequently. Better security is need for customers and a way to report besides password change that doesn't work.

  19. Let me change my birthday, please. No one gives you their real birthday at first

    Allow users to correct their birthday.

    Problem - most people don't give yahoo accurate data until they know they want to use the email as more than a burner account. As a result, incorrect or incomplete data is entered upon account creation.

    Solution - as users decide to stick with a yahoo account, allow them to correct their information, especially birthdays.

    Benefit to the user - our information is more secure (it's annoying that currently we're not allowed to change our birthdays for "security reasons.") For security reasons, it would be far more secure to allow us to edit all…

  20. Why is my account flagged for suspicious activity when under Recent Activity all sign-ins are from my device & IP address?

    I can no longer sign in to Yahoo mail without having a code emailed to my recovery gmail account. In order to sign in to gmail, google is now calling me with another code. All sign-ins are from the same device, location and IP address I have been using for years. (No sign of supsicious activity.) What is going on?
